A GENUINE CONCERN ABOUT A YOUNG BOY AND A MINI BIKE - DO YOU KNOW WHERE YOUR CHILD IS RIDING?

Early this evening, about 5:45PM, a boy who appears to be between the ages of 7-9 came zooming by on William Screven, on what appears to be a motorized mini bike.  He was moving at a high speed.  Later he was observed again riding on William Screven and around the tight circle on Pine Grove.  We aren't complaining about the noise. We have a genuine concern for the speed he travels and the height of the bike, which is low.  Our roads are obstructed with trees.  Many of us own SUV size cars.  I don't think he is looking for people backing up.  I don't believe, as fast as he travels, and as low as the bike is that he would be seen, until it was too late.  Couldn't he enjoy the bike off the road, where it is safe?  I don't believe these bikes are approved for the road, or a driver this young, on the road.
