Wouldn't you think that when a board provides information to a resident, as to how they should access their resident rights, that they would adhere to the very law that they sent to the resident?  Not so, with this board.  If you have been reading the blog, I've provided documentation of my request for copies and your board's shoot from the hip response.  I've made some contacts and been advised to approach the board one more time.
