"Why should Wedgefield residents pay to clean up a canal while

 canal residents continue to dump their yard trash and other 

crap into the canal.   They even dump Xmas trees.   Bend over 

folks, you and your wallet are about to get screwed.  Private 

meeting canal people and the board; bend over again."
