On Wednesday at 7:30 PM the Board held an open Executive Meeting. The key word is open. It was a first for this Board. Their agenda included the management company and the policy manual. About 18 people attended and behaved as they should, well except for the twitter sisters. President Walton did have to motion to them once.
As residents we had an opportunity to view our Board at work. I think they did a good job. More detail came out about the management company. Additionally, it was very obvious that DeMarchi's committee had done a terrific job on their work to date on the Policy Manual. Since we are thanking people, he did also, they were RV Wheeler, Randy Vaughan, Jude Davis, and Peggy Phillips. Realize that this document was in pieces, some approved and some not. They investigated, back tracked through records to verify and substantiate. There are more steps to take but I believe we will be seeing the draft on the WPA website soon.

Residents this was quick but I felt it was needed. It is holiday time and I need to run but please read the next article and watch the blog for new articles. There are a lot of items to cover.
