ANOTHER CLOSED MEETING - THIS TRULY IS THE BRAT BOARD

If you've raised children, you'll remember that even the best of children experience the terrible twos, "everyone else gets to do it", "you can't make me", and best of all - "I did it because I wanted to".  It appears your Board called this meeting, left you out again, because they wanted to, and they believe you can't make them keep their pledges of open meetings, or make them follow policy and governing documents.  They are one undisciplined gang.

I'm not going to take my time to quote their pledges, Attorney of Record opinions, policy, etc.  I've done that in previous articles.  You'll remember, or search back through articles.  The question is, do you care enough as a resident to write the Board, call them out, or leave them running our association, under mismanaged governance?  Based on the agenda there isn't any real reason to close this meeting. The only reason left is they did this because they want to, and they feel you'll sit by and keep quiet.  After all, they've had several closed meetings, only two open, and you have a history of not calling them on it.
