A RESIDENT WRITES THE BLOG TO CONFIRM THAT "YES INDEED", THE WPA WEBSITE NO LONGER HAS MINUTES POSTED. FOR MORE INFORMATION, PLEASE READ THE STORY IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING THIS ONE

HAVE OUR GOVERNING DOCUMENTS, AND SOUND GOVERNANCE BECOME THE WATER TRASH OF THE CANALS, BECAUSE OF THE BOARD'S MANIPULATION OF FACT -???????????-MONEY ETC., TO GET THE CANALS DREDGED ONE MORE TIME, AND  CLOSE THE DOOR ON THEIR FUTURE FOREVER?

Do you have information, or an opinion - agree, or not, you can email The Wedgefield Examiner at wedgefieldexaminerthe@yahoo.com.  We'll remove your name to protect the innocent, and publish it.  P.S.  If you would like your name published, please note that on your email, otherwise we leave your name out.

HERE IS THE RESIDENT READER'S EMAIL:
"As a board member and the community liaison Mr. Anderson should be capable of responding to your letter in a clear and professional manner.   It's my experience that people who pass the buck don't want their fingerprints on the paper trail.   His response is insulting.....even call centers do a better job of brushing you off.   But in all fairness, at least he took the time to respond, it's more than most of us can say.  My guess is after the canal is dredged Mr. Anderson will step down from the board and if we are lucky, he will be replaced with someone who is more engaged with the entire community."

You are correct, the minutes are no longer posted on the HOA website.  If this is going to be the case, the board needs to make hard copies available to all residents.   I actually think they should be included in the Wragg as some of our senior residents don't access computers for communication purposes."
END OF RESIDENT EMAIL

P.S.: After receiving the above second verification regarding the taking down of the minutes from the WPA website, I went back to the website, and looked for FINANCIAL REPORTS, and they have been removed too!

PSS:  In regard to Anderson's referral for an answer to my letter by water amenities chair John Walton, perhaps there will never be an answer.  Walton and McMillin, have both been the topic of humor over the years, from the board table, with claims from the board that these two don't use email.  Is my letter to be sent by carrier pigeon, U.S. mail, and walked over to his home?  Where is legal/compliance chair, and vice president Garrison?  One of my questions centers on the governing documents, and " If the board has not assessed the private canal lot owners, please reference the section, and specific language in the governing documents that allowed the board to use WPA."  Stay tuned.
