IS MC MILLIN PREPARING HIS "DEFENSE" FOR ONE OF THE TWO RESIDENT SPEAKER SPOTS AVAILABLE TO RESIDENTS AT BOARD MEETINGS? Yesterday he threatened -"You want a public forum I'll give you a public forum." I WONDER WHO WILL GET TO GO FIRST. I HAVE ALREADY SECURED THE FIRST SPEAKER POSITION, AND THE TITLE OF MY PRESENTATION IS: "Member Request To Review Records Delayed By Manufactured Policy, and Ultimately Harassment By The Board."

FROM WHAT I READ OF MCMILLIN'S BEHAVIOR YESTERDAY, I HOPE HE CAN GET PAST THESE BEHAVIORS, AND BRING A LITTLE HONESTY TO HIS DISCUSSION - AND A APOLOGY

Do you have information, or an opinion - agree, or not, you can email The Wedgefield Examiner at wedgefieldexaminerthe@yahoo.com.  We'll remove your name to protect the innocent, and publish it.  P.S.  If you would like your name published, please note that on your email, otherwise we leave your name out.

Mc Millin is going to have to be real creative in making his claims, because he doesn't have a leg to stand on in regard to his made up policy.  I've not only reviewed the old policy manuals, the present one presented on the WPA website - by him, and it doesn't exist.  I have spoken to an officer of the board, and that officer and others on the board have demonstrated to him that they know that it doesn't exist.

I'm going to the office today to review the correspondence file, and will be met there by an officer of the board.  Not necessary, but appreciated, as I'm not afraid of McMillin doing to me, what he did to the resident yesterday.

In case McMillin is researching for his big 5 minute talk, I'm providing some of my own evidence.  These are direct emails to me from community liaison Anderson, over much of the seven years that McMillin makes the claim that this policy existed, and they don't include a requirement to come to the office and fill out McMillin's manufactured form.  Additionally, this does make one wonder why Anderson used McMillin's manufactured form/policy?  He knows better.

HOPE WE DON'T MEET THE ANGRY MCMILLIN DURING HIS 5 MINUTE PRESENTATION AT THE MAY WPA BOARD MEETING.

NOTE:  ANDERSON'S EMAILS REGARDING APPROVAL OF RECORD REVIEW OVER ALMOST THE 7 YEAR PERIOD THAT MCMILLIN CLAIMS THE POLICY WAS IN PLACE FOLLOW.  SORRY MCMILLIN THIS ISN'T THE WAY TO TRY AND SAVE YOURSELF IN YOUR TWISTED GOVERNANCE DEFENSE!

Dear Mrs. Claveloux,
The June 17th meeting was a regular scheduled monthly meeting. The 3rd Tuesday of each month structure has been in place for many years. Everyone knows when these meetings are. There was even a sign outside the office near the street announcing this meeting. Our office secretary did send out an agenda for that meeting on the 16th, but it was not within the 3 day notice you reference in your letter according to article VII, section 7 of our by‐laws. You may pick up a copy of that email and review the correspondence file at your requested time.

Dear Mrs. Claveloux,
This letter is to acknowledge receipt of your inquiry. Please allow me to briefly go over your request and answer the ones that I can, and then allow me some additional time to answer the ones that will require checking with the appropriate committee leader.
1.     It is my understanding that Great Lawns declined to bid on the post storm cleanup work. The board discussed the post storm clean-up at the special meeting on the day of the storm and voted to spend up to a set amount for debris removal, with the understanding that if more funding was needed an additional vote could be taken at another meeting once we had a better grasp of the situation.
2.     Mr. Walton announced at the January meeting that the materials needed for the gate house project had been ordered and work would begin soon. I am sure the weather over the past few weeks has been a factor but I will ask Mr. Walton for an updated timeframe and get back to you as soon as possible. Your question about conflict of interest was addressed during the discussion prior to the vote.
As to your request to review and copy records, we have always tried to be as open and transparent as possible so long as the request are reasonable and do not violate the privacy of the residents or contractors involved. Someone will contact you via email to facilitate your review of the records you are interested in.

Sincerely,
Adam Anderson

Dear Mrs. Claveloux,
I am in receipt of your letter requesting to view the legal and correspondence files. You are always welcome to review the correspondese file at any time. The legal files you request may also be viewed at this time.

As Community Liaison I will admit that I have on a couple of occasions overlooked a letter or two during the almost three years I have been doing this. It has always been nothing more than an unintentional oversight. I try very hard to answer everyone as quickly as possible and will continue to do so in the future.

Regarding your last paragraph, I am sure Mrs. Cline will see to it that your packet is delivered to your home address in time for the meeting.

Thank you for your concern,

Adam Anderson
