TWO ARTICLES COMING UP THIS WEEKEND. 1) THE PUZZLER 2) WHERE IS OUR ARC COMMITTEE?

The Wedgefield Examiner will try and get these two articles published this weekend.  Like you, we are busy with day to day life.  This weekend the greatly anticipated visit of one of our children, with our adult grandchildren.  The articles are important, as they address core issues in our community.

1) The Puzzler:  There is a radio program I listen to frequently on PBS.  Each week, beyond answering phone in questions, they present a puzzler question, with answers from the audience are emailed in, and provide the winning answer the following week.  I have a real puzzler question for our resident community, and the board, particularly - our legal chair.  Why would a board, legal chair, and committee go to such great lengths to avoid a solution residing in our governing documents, that would achieve every item listed in the requirements of the current dredge proposal, when ignoring it removes the power of the board, and disowns the canal lot owners, as respected members under our governing documents?  Stay tuned!

2) Where Is Our ARC?  The member who we've written about regarding his now, nine month journey to get a answer from this board, still hasn't received a answer in writing from this board.  The article will center on discussing why we are experiencing this dysfunction, the general ramifications of it, at a time when the appearance of our community is in a shambles.
