1) How many times does that golf course have to fail? How many golf courses have failed already in MB? Why did the Winyah Bay course fail?

2) Winyah Bay did not fail. The owners of Winyah Bay sold it to purchase Wedgefield.

3) We have a golf course superintendent program with Horry Georgetown Tech. I see a great partnership opportunity for future superintendents. We could make out curent HTCG program and Municipale golf course a showpiece!!

4) Winyah Baybwas sold to a greedy developer.

5) How about SC parks taking it over? Or Horry County Tech if they think there are that many jobs in golf? Georgetown county has so much to keep up with now. How about US 17 empty and dilapidated buildings as you drive though Georgetown, the city? Not talking about the mill. $1,000,000 could help.

6) The problem this golf course has from marketing standpoint is that it has ZERO street appeal. You have to GPS it to find it. Plus it is miles from competing courses. It needs to be developed as a business meeting resort course with a hotel on the property (like Marriott). Anyone approach the Trump organization or someone like them?
