At 9:55PM, there is a mostly white colored golf cart, with a fairly loud motor, with a sparkling ring of blue off the back, full of kids, one standing on the back, in the William Screven - Pine Grove area. They kept turning around at the corner of William Screven and Pine Grove and racing back to the circle on Pine Grove. They kept going round and round the circle which has a cement inner circle, tilting almost on two wheels. Parents, do you know where your children are?
